Our 20-yard is built for small to medium commercial construction and demolition projects. Our 30-yard is better suited for large residential cleanouts and commercial clean-ups. Not sure? Give us a call and we'll help you size it based on your project.
Pricing depends on container size, rental length, and debris type. Call us at (843) 410-8659 for a straightforward quote — no hidden fees.
Accepted materials include demolition debris, general construction materials, and dirt & sod. Restricted items include paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, tires, batteries, asbestos, Freon, and other hazardous or biohazard materials. Not all accepted materials can be combined in the same container — call us to talk through your project.
Every rental includes a set weight allowance in the price — additional weight is billed at a per-ton overage rate. Our containers have a max weight capacity of up to 15 tons. If you're hauling something dense like concrete, brick, or shingles, let us know before delivery so we can recommend the right size.
We offer both short-term and long-term rental options, so you're not boxed into a rigid timeline. Talk to us about what fits your project.
Next-day delivery on most orders. When you're done, pick-up is same-day to next-day.
No — just tell us exactly where you'd like the container placed, and we'll take it from there.
A flat, paved surface like a driveway or designated job-site area works best. Avoid steep inclines or soft ground. We'll help confirm placement when you book.
We take care with placement to minimize risk, but a fully loaded container is heavy. Let us know if you'd like driveway protection boards used.
Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties — including Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, and the rest of the Tri-County area, within a 30-mile radius of our location off Highway 52.
You'll be billed a per-ton overage fee for the extra weight only — you're never charged a flat penalty, just the actual overage.
