Before founding Ms. Trash Site Services, Alex spent several years in operations at a general contracting company, assisting with day-to-day logistics on active job sites — coordinating subcontractors, material deliveries, and tight project timelines. That hands-on experience gave her a firsthand view of how disorganized debris removal and unreliable haulers can slow a job down, and it's what led her to build a dumpster rental service centered on responsiveness and follow-through. She now leads daily operations and client relationships, bringing that same contractor's-eye perspective to every account.

Celeste spent six years as CFO for a general contracting company, overseeing budgets, vendor contracts, and the financial side of large-scale construction projects. That experience gave her a close view of how much time and money poor site logistics — including debris removal — can cost a project, along with a clear sense of what contractors and developers need from their vendors. She now brings that financial and operational discipline to Ms. Trash's growth, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
